Writing Programs and Coaching

However great a person's natural talent may be, the art of writing cannot be learned all at once. - Jean Jacques Rousseau

Writing well is an essential part of every lawyer’s job and is critical to professional success.  Ambiguous client letters can lead to ill-informed decisions; incorrect use of boilerplates or standardized formats can cause major legal disputes; and unclear court documents can lead to bad, or even wrong, court decisions.

Our practical and customized in-house writing workshops and individual coaching focus on the development of the specific legal writing strategies and skills required of lawyers at all levels. Designed around lawyers’ unique writing tasks and time pressures, our writing workshops and one-on-one writing sessions provide lawyers with targeted advice and immediate feedback to help them quickly become better legal writers.
